Kaze Cheese ships product the best carrier according to the customer's shipping address.   Although we package ever order as careful as possible, we cannot prevent product settling during shipment. 

All orders are shipped UPS and we cannot ship  to PO Boxes.

All orders are handled within 2 business days.  Once an order is received and shipping label is printed, customers will be notified via email of UPS tracking number.   This can also be found in the Customer Service area.
